My wife and I bought a flat to rent in 2000 through Angela and a second a year later. Since then we have sold those flats and a third in the NW3 area through Heywoods with Angela and Darren managing the process. The most recent sale completed last month. They brought a lot of knowledge of other transactions to the table which helped set a realistic selling price. The buyers they found were reliable and completed despite the inevitable hurdles set up by the solicitors. It was a delight working with professionals who were also so pleasant.

Just The Belsize Best! I bought my first flat in Belsize Park from Heywoods in the 1980s and since then they have helped me buy and sell five properties in the area and rent out my mews house for almost a decade. They are above all professional, but always friendly and very helpful in all areas. Their core competency is their total and invaluable knowledge of the Belsize Park area. Ignore the big fancy agents who will promise the earth just to get you to sign, Heywoods are the real deal!

Angela, Darren, Jon and all the team at Heywoods were a big help in finding our investment property in a great location within Primrose Hill. In what proved to be a less than straightforward transaction (no fault of theirs) they were very communicative and transparent in managing or responding to sale, purchase and conveyancing enquiries.
