Angela, Darren, Jon and all the team at Heywoods were a big help in finding our investment property in a great location within Primrose Hill. In what proved to be a less than straightforward transaction (no fault of theirs) they were very communicative and transparent in managing or responding to sale, purchase and conveyancing enquiries. The handover from the sales to the leasing team was seamless and efficient. As a result of their great service we have retained them for the management of our property. We would highly recommend Heywoods in Belsize Park / Primrose Hill.

Darren Joel helped us buy a Belsize Park property. He was not pushy like most sales persons are prone to do. Instead he advised us to get to know the neighbourhood first before making a decision. Meanwhile, he showed us many times the property that we eventually bought. He helped us find a surveyor to assess the property. He introduced us to a solicitor for conveyancing. He helped us find a company to rebuff the floor and clean the property before we moved in. He entertained, with good humour, our numerous requests for help before and after completion.
